747. (1) An uncertain or indetermin ate value shall always be
deemed to be outside the jurisdiction of a court of limited
jurisdiction.

(2) The following actions shall always be deemed to be of an
indeterminable value:
(a) actions touching any honour, prerogative or
prominence;
(b) actions as to filiation, adoption, interdiction or
incapacitation of persons with a mental disorder or other
condition, which renders them incapable of managing their
own affairs, or persons insane or prodigal; or as to any
tutorship or curatorship, or, generally as to the status
of any person;
(c) actions in which the value of the thing in issue does
not result from the demand of the plaintiff, and is not
determinable under any of the rules set forth in the
following articles.
