773. Subject to the provisions of article 745( b) and ( h), if a particular court in Malta is otherwise competent, such competen ce shall not be affected by reason of the place in Malta where the thing is: Provided that in actions touching the recovery of deposits, the competent court shall be that under the authority of which the moneys or other things are deposited.
