783. (1) In the cases referred to in this sub-title, the curator ad litem may be appointed by the same court before which the action has been brought, or is about to be brought, upon the applicati on of any person interested. (2) The application for the appointment of a curator to represent a minor who desires to sue, may be made by any person . (3) The application for the appointment of a curator shall not be entertained by the court if the person in respect of whom su ch appointment is applied for is already represented by a tutor or a curator, unless the action is a gainst such tutor or curator.
