Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 785
785. (1) In the case referred to in a rticle 784, it shall be lawful
for the court of voluntary jurisdiction to grant to the child a general
authorization to sue or be sued in any action which may be pend ing
at the time, or which ma y thereafter be brought.
(2) The court may grant such authorization under such special
conditions as it may deem proper, according to c ircumstances.
