805. If, at any stage of the proceedings, it shall appear to the
court that there are strong grounds to suspect the falsificatio n of
any document, it shall of its own motion order the party suspec ted
of such falsification to be arrested and brought before the Cou rt of
Magistrates, in order that he may be dealt with according to la w.
