812. A new trial may also be demanded in respect of a cause decided by a judgment of a court of first instance and constituting a res judicata, by any of the parties concerned, on any of the grounds m e nt i on e d i n t he l a s t p r e c e di n g ar t i c l e , p ro v id e d t he f a c t s constituting the grounds for such new trial shall have come to the knowledge of the party after the expiration of the time limited for the appeal.
