865K. (1) If, notwithstanding the issue and execution of a precautionary warrant of arrest, an aircraft is removed from th e jurisdiction of the court in breach of the warrant of arrest, t he owner, lessee or other person being in possession of the aircra ft at the time of such breach shall be jointly and severally liable t o a penalty of one hundred and twenty thousand euro payable to the party issuing the warrant.
