896. (1) Security for judicial costs shall not be required,
except where prescribed by this Code.
Judicial costs to
include registry
fees.
(2) Judicial costs shall also incl ude the fees due to the regist ry.
Objection to
security.
(3) The security given may be obj ected to both by the registrar
and the opposite party.
