920. (1) The person admitted to proceed with the benefit of
legal aid shall be exempt from the payment of all fees and from
giving security for costs; but the plaintiff, or the defendant setting
up a counter-claim, as the case ma y be, shall give a juratory c aution
to pay the costs, if able to do so, to the opposite party, in c ase it
shall be so adjudged.

Where party
proceeding with
the benefit of legal
aid is cast in costs.
(2) Where the party proceeding with the benefit of legal aid is
cast in costs, it shall in no cas e be lawful for the registrar to claim
from the successful party the fees due to the registry.
Where party
proceeding with
the benefit of legal
aid succeeds in his
action.
