922. (1) All acts filed by the part y proceeding with the benefit
of legal aid shall be null if they are not in accordance with t he
terms of the admission to such benefit.
Advocate may
bring action in a
manner different
from terms of
admission.
(2) Nevertheless, it shall be law ful for the advocate assigned t o
the party admitted to proceed with the benefit of legal aid to bring
the action in a manner different from the terms of the admissio n, if
he deems it expedient so to do in the interest of such party,
provided he shall not substantially alter the claims admitted in the
report of the Advo cate for Legal Aid.
