928G. Costs related to the translation of the application and
sup portin g d ocum ent s incu rred b y the competent authority
following an application for legal aid by a person domiciled or
habitually resident in Malta shall be repaid to the competent
authority if the application is rejected by the competent authority of
the Member State other than Malta where the Court is sitting.
