95. The curators selected under the preceding articles of this Title, in causes where either both parties or the party at whose request their selection was made have or has been admitted to sue o r d e f en d w i th t h e b e n ef i t o f l eg a l a i d , o r t o b e a p ar ty t o proceedings or continue such proceedings with such benefit, shall g i v e t h e i r s e r v i c e s g r a t u i t o u s l y, s a v i n g t h e i r r i g h t t o s u c h remuneration as is expressly allowed to them by this Code out of the amount or property recovered.
