Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 103

103. Children deemed to have been conceived or born in wedlock by subsequent marriage o f their parents shall be vested with the rights of children conceived or born in wedlock as fro m the day of the celebration of the marriage, if they shall have been acknowledged on that day or previously, or if their filiation s hall have been declared before the ma rriage by a judgment of the cou rt. Where acknowledge- ment or declarator takes place after marriage. Amended by: XVIII.2004.23.
