Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 111

111. (1) Subject to any other provision of this Code in regard to succession, the parent and the child in whose favour operate s a presumption in virtue of article 102 shall, as from the date of the decree, be in respect to each oth er in the same condition as a parent and a child conceived or born in wedlock. (2) Such child shall not acquire any other right deriving from consanguinity. Child may demand presumption after death of parent. Substituted by: XVIII.2004.31.
