Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 147

147. (1) If a parent, on remarriage, continues to administer the property of the children, wheth er or not such parent still exer cises the right of parental authority, the spouse of the parent shall be held liable in solidum with such parent for the administration both preceding and subsequent to the marriage.
