Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 15
15. (1) The liability for maintenance shall extend to Siblings,
of the full or half-blood, only in default of other persons liable for
maintenance.
(2) In any such case the liability of siblings shall be joint and
several.
(3) The persons mentioned in article 12 shall, in all cases, have
a prior claim over siblings, except in cases of great urgency, regard
being had to health, age, or other circumstances.
