156. (1) Where a minor, who has attained the age of sixteen years, has been authorized under article 9 of the Commercial Code , to trade, or, not being a trader, to perform certain acts of tr ade, such minor shall, in regard to all matters relating to his trade, or in regard to such acts, be co nsidered as being of age. (2) Nothing in this Code shall affect all other provisions of th e Commercial Code , relating to minors and to children subject to parental authority.
