Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 175
175. (1) The minor shall obey the tutor in all that is permitted
by the law.
(2) Where the tutor abuses his authority, or neglects his duties ,
the minor himself or any other p erson on his behalf, may make a
complaint to the competent court ; and the court shall caution t he
tutor or give any othe r expedient direction.
