Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 179
179. (1) Any commercial or industrial establishment
comprised in the estate of the m inor shall be sold and liquidat ed by
the tutor in the manner prescribed by the court.
(2) Nevertheless, the court may s anction the continuation of the
business if such continuation is likely to be of greater advant age to
the minor.
