184. If the tutorship terminates fo r any of the causes mentioned in article 158 the account shall be rendered to the person who was under such tutorship. Interest. 185. (1) Any balance which may be due by the tutor shall bear interest ipso jure as from the day of the termination of the tutorship. (2) The interest of any sum whi ch may be due by the minor to the tutor shall only commence to run from the day on which a demand for payment shall have been made by the tutor, after the termination of his office, b y means of a judicial act.
