Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 187
187. (1) The nullity of any act performed in contravention of
the provisions contained in this Title, touching the interests of the
minor, may only be set up by the minor or his heirs or other pe rsons
claiming under him.
(2) No act of the tutor may be impeached solely on the ground
that the appointment of the tutor was made against the provisio ns of
article 163.

Age of majority.188. (1) Majority is fixed at the completion of the eighteenth
year of age.
(2) A major is capable of perfor ming all the acts of civil life,
subject to the restrictions contai ned in other special provisio ns of
law.
