Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 200

200. (1) The persons who according to the provisions of article 163 are not competent for the office of tutor, shall no t be competent for the office of curator. (2) No person is bound to accept th e curatorship of an absentee. Court may appoint more than one curator. Amended by: XLVI.1973.50.
