Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 202
202. (1) The curator shall render an account of his
administration to the absentee, if he returns, or if he appoints an
attorney, or to such persons as are vested with the possession of his
property.
(2) The provisions, however, of sub-article (1) of article 168
shall also apply to the said curator.
