Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 207
207. After the lapse of six months from the publication of the
edict, the court, in default of any information respecting the
absentee, shall, by a decree, order the opening of any secret w ill,
or, as the case may be, declare accessible any public will whic h the
absentee may have made.
