Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 209

209. (1) Where there is no secret or public will, the demand referred to in the last preceding article, may be made immediat ely upon the expiration of the times respectively established in ar ticle 205. (2) Upon such demand the cour t shall hear the attorney or curator, if any, and, if expedie nt, shall issue an edict simila r to that referred to in article 206, causing it to be posted up as provi ded in that article; and it shall give the requisite decree on that de mand after the lapse of six months fro m the publication of the edict .
