Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 231
231. The provisions of the last t wo preceding articles shall
apply, without prejudice to the right to maintain an action to obtain
an inheritance, or to the other rights competent to the absente e, or
his representatives, or other persons claiming under him. Such
rights shall only be extinguished by the lapse of the time requ ired
for prescription.
