Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 233
233. (1) Where any of the children of the absentee are minors,
and are not subject to parental authority, it shall be lawful f or the
court, upon the demand of any person, to appoint to such childr en
one or more curators.
(2) The provisions relating to the tutorship of a minor whose
parents are dead shall, in so far as applicable, apply to the
curatorship of a minor ordered under this article.
