Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 235
235. The provisions of the last pr eceding article shall not apply
in the case of the death of any person belonging to, and actual ly
serving in, any of the armed for ces of a foreign country, unles s such
person was a citizen of Malta or was married to any person who is a
citizen of Malta.
