Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 258
258. Where it is found after the D irector shall have signed the
declaration referred to in articl e 246, that an error has been made,
and such error had been incurred in transcribing an act in the
register, the correction of such error shall be made by the Dir ector
by means of a note at the foot of the entry. Such correction sh all be
dated and signed by the Director.
Holidays.259. Public holidays shall not suspend the running of any of the
times established in this Title.
