Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 316
316. The words "movable property or things", "movable
effects" or "movable substance" used in any provision of law or in
any disposition of man, without any other addition or indicatio n
restricting their meaning, shall include both the things which are
movable by nature and the things w hich are generally considered
movable by regulation of law.
