Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 32
32. Besides the ground referred to in article 27, parents or
other ascendants may refuse maintenance to children or other
descendants on any of the grounds on which an ascendant may
disinherit a descendant.
Where
maintenance may

grievous injury.
