Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 324
324. Any construction, plantation, or work, whether on or over
or under the land, shall, unless the contrary is proved, be dee med to
have been made by the owner at his own expense, and to belong t o
him, without prejudice, however, to the rights which third part ies
may have acquired.
Owner may
compel neighbour
to fix boundaries of
adjoining
tenements.
