507. The provisions of the last p receding article shall also apply where the immovables held in community cannot be divided in such a manner as to include a portion thereof in each share, and, in consequence, one of the shares will consist entirely of mone y or other movables; in any such case it shall be lawful for the cou rt, according to circumstances, to order that the share which conta ins no immovables be made up of a rent-charge on the immovables included in the other shares.
