509. Where the experts, chosen or appointed to make the valuation of the property, are not competent to make up the sha res, such shares shall be made up by one of the co-partitioners or b y any other person, if the choice is agreed upon by all, and if the p arty so chosen accepts to act. Otherwise t he shares shall be made up by a person to be appointed by the court. Drawing of lots.510. (1) The shares shall be drawn by lot.
