Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 52
52. It shall also be in the discretion of the court to determine,
according to circumstan ces, whether the prov isions of article 4 8
shall be applied, wholly or in part, in regard to both spouses or to
one of them, or whether they shall not be applied at all in reg ard to
either of them, if both spouses shall have been guilty of acts
constituting good grounds for separation.
