Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 595
595. It shall not be lawful for any two or more persons, other
than the spouses, to make a will in one and the same instrument ,
whether for the benef it of any third party or for mutual benefi t:
Provided that a secret will in on e and the same instrument shal l
not be made by spouses aft er the 15th August, 1981.
