Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 60

60. (1) The court, on authorizing the separation, shall in the decree give its directions as to the person in whose custody th e children are to be placed. (2) It shall be lawful for the c ourt at any time to revoke or va ry such directions, for the bette r welfare of the children. Renunciation of inheritance. (3) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, it shall be lawful for either of the spouses to renounce in a public deed o f separation to the succession of the other spouse.
