Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 610
610. Saving the provisions of the Trusts and Trustees Act and of
article 12 of the Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives Act, the
notary by whom a public will has been received, or the person by
whom a secret will has been written out, cannot benefit in any way by
any such will.
