Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 612
612. (1) Any testamentary disposition in favour of a person
who is incapable in terms of articles 609 and 610 is void, even if
such disposition is made in t he name of intermediaries.
(2) Where the incapacity is partial any such disposition shall b e
void only in part.
