Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 626

626. (1) If the person disinherited has children or other descendants, the reserved porti on of which such person has been deprived shall be due to them. (2) In any such case the person disinherited shall not have over the reserved portion the usufruct or administration to which he may be entitled by law. Where person disinherited predeceases testator.
