Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 62A

62A. Personal separation shall only be operative in regard to third parties from the day on which the judgment or the public deed, as the case may be, shall have been registered in the Public Registry. Any such registration shall include a reference to an y declaration or prohibition with regard to the surname of the sp ouses after the judgment. Parties may put an end to separation.
