630. Where the person entitled to the reserved portion is interdicted on the ground of prodigality, or is so burdened wit h debts that the reserved portion, or at least the greater part o f it, would be absorbed by such debts, it shall be lawful for the tes tator by an express declaration to disinherit such person, and to beq ueath the reserved portion to the child ren or descendants of such per son. 174 [CAP. 16.
