652. Nevertheless, in all cases where the testator has expressly
declared his intention to be that a disposi tion shall have effe ct in
preference to the others, such p reference shall take place, and any
such disposition shall not abate except in so far as the value of the
property included in the other dispositions shall not be suffic ient to
make up the share reserved by law.
