670. I n p u b l i c w i l l s , t h e h e i r s , l e g a t e e s , o r t h e i r r e l a t i o n s b y consanguinity or affinity within the degree of uncle or nephew, inclusively, shall not be competent witnesses. Testator may withdraw secret will.
