675. (1) A will made in accordance with the provisions of the foregoing articles shall, within a month from the day on which communications shall have been re-established, be deposited by the person receiving it in the registry of the court of voluntary jurisdiction of the island in which it has been received unless such will shall have been, before the expiration of such time, withdrawn by the testator. (2) Any person acting in contravention of the provisions of this a r t i c l e sh a l l , o n p r o c e e d i n g s t a k e n i n ac c o r d an ce w i t h t h e provisions of article 661, be liable to the punishments therein mentioned, in so far as such punishments may be applicable.
