Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 692
692. (1) No evidence is admissible which is intended to show
that the institution or legacy, made in favour of any person, o r body
corporate, or for any use specified in the will, is merely fict itious,
and that such institution or l egacy is in reality made in favou r of a
person or body corporate, or for a use, not disclosed in the wi ll,
notwithstanding any expression c ontained in the will calculated to
constitute an indication or a p resumption of any such intention .
(2) The provisions of this article shall not apply in any case i n
which the institution or legacy is impeached on the ground that
such institution or legacy was m ade through intermediaries in
favour of persons under a disability.
