74. Where any one of the spouses dies without having brought the action for disavowal, but before the expiration of the time provided in article 73( a), (b) or ( c), the heirs may b ring such action within six months to be reckoned from the day on which the property of the deceased shall have passed into the hands of the child, or from the day on which t he heirs shall have been by th e child disturbed in the poss ession of such property.
