Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 760

760. It is not forbidden to institute heirs, or bequeath legacies under a condition which cannot be fulfilled except at the time of the death of the heirs or legatees, and to substitute others in the ir place in the event of the non-fulfilment of the condition. When annuities or other burdens in favour of more persons successively are permitted. Amended by: XIII.2007.5.
