783. The mere withdrawal of a secr et will from the notary , or, in any of the cases referred to in articles 673 and 676 from th e person to whom the will shall have been delivered, or from the registry of the court, or from the office of the consul wherein it shall have been deposited, shall operate as an implied revocati on of the will. Will if null cannot revoke previous will.
