Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 786
786. Where a subsequent will has not expressly revoked a
previous will or previous wills, it shall annul such only of th e
dispositions contained in the previous will or wills as shall b e
shown to be contrary to, or inconsistent with, the new disposit ions.
